Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the vehicle rental service offered by OVYA Rent in Morocco.

2. Rental conditions

Minimum age of 21 (23 for SUV and Luxury categories), valid driving licence held for at least 2 years, and a valid ID (national ID or passport).

3. Booking and payment

The booking is confirmed through exchange with the agency (WhatsApp or form). Payment is made on site, at vehicle pickup.

4. Security deposit

A security deposit is requested at vehicle pickup, its amount varying by category (see each vehicle's page). It is refunded when the vehicle is returned, minus any damage found.

5. Cancellation
